Ingredients:
- 12 mid joint chicken wings
- 2 big potatoes ( cut half and then quarter)
- Half soup ladle of oyster
- Half pot of water
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce
Preparation:
- Bring half pot of water to boil
- Cut potatoes as instructed and boil till soft over medium heat
- In the same pot, add chicken in.
- Put half ladle of oyster sauce, 1tbsp of dark soya sauce and sesame oil
- Stir well and cover the lid over low heat
- Simmer till the marinate sauce gets thicken and lesser. * starch from potato will thicken the sauce, thus no cornstarch needed
- Taste to see if any sugar or salt needed depending on individual preference.
- Garnish n serve
