Oyster sauce potato chicken



Ingredients:
  • 12 mid joint chicken wings
  • 2 big potatoes ( cut half and then quarter) 
  • Half soup ladle of oyster 
  • Half pot of water
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce


Preparation:
  1. Bring half pot of water to boil
  2. Cut potatoes as instructed and boil till soft over medium heat
  3. In the same pot, add chicken in.
  4. Put half ladle of oyster sauce, 1tbsp of dark soya sauce and sesame oil 
  5. Stir well and cover the lid over low heat
  6. Simmer till the marinate sauce gets thicken and lesser.                                                         * starch from potato will thicken the sauce, thus no cornstarch needed
  7. Taste to see if any sugar or salt needed depending on individual preference. 
  8. Garnish n serve
