Pineapple & Carrot Cake


Ingredients : 


Step 1. Mix together 
  - 180g plain flour
  - half tbsp baking powder
  - half tbsp cinnamon powder
  - 150g sugar

Step 2. Pour in
  - corn oil 175ml
  - 2 large eggs ( beaten n room temp)
  - vanilla essence 2 tbsp

Step 3. Mix in 
  - carrots 75g (stredded )
  - pineapple 200g (small bit)


Put in oven for 35 min at 190 degree
