Homemade garlic bread



Ingredients:

-minced garlic
-3 tbsp of olive oil
-2 tbsp of unsalted butter
-a pinch of little salt
-minced basil leaves (optional)






Methods:
  1. Mix the butter with minced garlic, basil leaves 
  2. Add in salt
  3. Cut or slice your bread    (* no bagel thus use slice bread; exercise flexi ;))
  4. Brush olive oil onto bread
  5. Spread the mixed batter onto bread
  6. Preheat at 230 degree for 2 mins
  7. Add a further 1 min if not crispy
