Ingredients:
-minced garlic
-3 tbsp of olive oil
-2 tbsp of unsalted butter
-a pinch of little salt
-minced basil leaves (optional)
Methods:
- Mix the butter with minced garlic, basil leaves
- Add in salt
- Cut or slice your bread (* no bagel thus use slice bread; exercise flexi ;))
- Brush olive oil onto bread
- Spread the mixed batter onto bread
- Preheat at 230 degree for 2 mins
- Add a further 1 min if not crispy
