Ingredients
2 eggs 蛋
Small bowl 小碗-chopped luncheon meat 剁碎的午餐肉
Chopped spring onion青葱
(optional can also be replace by other veg. 可有可无 ;)
150 ml cold water 冷水
Method
1. beat well the eggs n ice water
把蛋和冷水打均匀
2. Placed in pan of hot water n steam for 5 mins 放进熱锅蒸5分钟
3. Add in the luncheon meat n spring onion, OFF Fire n cover the lid, simmer for 3 mins .
加入剁碎午餐肉和青葱,关火盖上焖3分钟
4. Ready to served! 上菜!
容易吧!! Brainless to prepare & cook, a dish completed in less than 10 min ; )
