In our airline service industry, we are taught to say sorry in almost everything just to pacify an upset pax or to avoid further problems. But do we really mean it?! No, not all the time.
Sometimes it comes to a point when sorry loses its true meaning. I don't see the point of people saying sorry all the time when you know they are not sincere about it. I know sorry can avoid unnecessary arguments and troubles but don't you think sometimes we take " sorry" for granted ?
Be sorry to say sorry or feel sorry to say sorry? Sorry yet not sorry?
