香蜜炸鸡 - Fried Honey Chicken

Interesting evening, armed with my boyz( 5 &10 yrs old) dinner "orders", I am inspired to cook an old dish but in a simplify method :)
今晚我家"二宝仔" (5岁和10岁)竟向我预定今晚的菜肴。。。定要在1小时以下把1肉1菜1海鲜1蛋完成。。我决定试着简化1道旧食谱。。。简化版的蜜汁炸鸡!!

INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings & drumlets abt 16pcs鸡翼
Sesame oil 麻油 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce耗油 1tbs
All purpose Flour 面粉1 cup
Breadcrumb 面包碎3 tbsps
Black Pepper黑胡椒( optional )
Egg 蛋1 no.
Kenturky powder 炸鸡粉3 tbsps
Chopped garlic 碎蒜
Golden Syrup or honey 糖漿或蜜糖
Worcester sauce急汁
Chopped spring onion handful 青葱少许

Step 1
Marinated the chicken wings & drumlets in oyster sauce & sesame oil for 30mins
鸡翼掩上耗油和麻油, 30分钟
Step 2
After 30 mins, beat the egg into the bowl of marninate chicken n coat mix well
30分钟后打入蛋, 拌勻
Step 3
Pour in the Kenturky powder , bread crumb & flour ( ps. Add extra pepper if enjoy more peppery taste, but not my Boyz lolxx) Mix well.
加入炸鸡粉、面粉和面包碎(喜好胡椒者可加入黑胡椒)拌匀
Step 4
Once oil heated up, throw in the chicken piece by piece to fried till golden brown and set aside
热油, 鸡翼炸至金黄, 待用
Step 5
In a wok, pour some oil and fried the chopped garlic till gold brown n set a side
炒锅少许油, 爆香碎蒜, 待用
Step 6
Throw in the fried chicken in the wok and squeeze the golden syrup over the chicken n stir well, lastly stir in a tbsp of Worcester sauce, chopped spring onion, OFF Fire & dish.
同炒锅加入炸好的炸鸡淋上糖浆, 再加入急汁翻一翻, 撒上青葱, 上碟。
Step 7
Sprinkle the fried garlic on top n served ;)
最后一步, 撒上刚才爆好的碎蒜 上菜咯!!
