Baby spinach with century eggs

Due to my busy schedule and my sorellina complaining that my recipes are too complex, for the sake of her, my dishes will be getting simpler and simpler . This dish so simple, I can't find anything more simple.

Ingredients:
  • baby spinach
  • century eggs- 2
  • garlic- minced
  • cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Methods:
  1. Fry garlic using 2tbsp of cooking oil over low heat
  2. Put baby spinach in and stir well for 2 minutes over medium heat
  3. Add a quarter cup of  water if too dry
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of salt ( If you choose to put salted eggs with century eggs, then skip the salt as salted eggs will be salty enuff )
  5. Pour in the century eggs and keep stirring for another 2 mins
  6. Taste and see if salt or sugar are needed. ( normally, it shld taste good enuff)
At this point, the sauce will turn light brown due to century eggs and it is ready to serve.
