Simple Squid dish in tomato base

Something simple n easy to prepare, without having to gather many ingredients or takes up long cooking time. Great for working mum like me, who reach home @6pm n dinner ready in 30 mins or less! Easy seafood recipe for my 2 lovely boys ;)

PS; add some chilli paste or cut small chilli if serving adults who enjoy spicy dishes.

Ingredients
2 large size fresh squid(sotong)
3 Tablesps of bolognese pasta sauce (or any ready tomato base pasta sauce avail in ur kitchen)
Small bowl of cut fresh tomatoes
3-4 pcs of kaffir lime leaves
3-4 clove of garlic finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Dash of Worcester sauce

Step 1
Clean n cut the Squid into rings
Step 2
Rinse with hot boiling water n drain
Step 3
Heat up olive oil in pan, throw in the lime leaves n chopped garlic to stir fried till fragrance
Step 4
Stir in the fresh tomatos then followed by the drained squids for a min or 2
Step 5
Final stage, stir the pasta sauce, pinch of salt n Worcester sauce, quick boil n off fire
*take note that squids r cooked quickly. If too long will taste rubbery n tough.

Served with hot steam rice or even on pasta n enjoy ;)
