Soya sauce tiger prawn

A friend of mine told me that his aunt cooked a dish that was yummy. Thus, I guess I figured out my own way of cooking it. Perfecto!!! Delizious!!



Ingredients
1. Tiger prawns
2. Few slices of ginger
3. Spring onions
4. Curry leaves
5. Few gloves of garlic sliced
6. 3 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
7. Light soya sauce
8. Dark soya sauce


Directions:-
1. Wash and prepare those prawns as shown and towel dry them

2. Get a ziplock bag or any bag to contain prawns then add flour in, shake well

3. Fry curry leaves in oil till cripsy n transparent 
Take out and set aside 
4. Add oil and stir fry ginger, garlic till fragrant at low heat
Set aside.
5. Stir fried prawns till almost cooked, bring in curry leaves and the rest of ginger, garlic and lastly fresh spring onions
6. Add 1 tbsp of light soya sauce and half tbsp of dark soya sauce
7. Serve hot
