Youngest son suddenly lose appetite on chicken dishes...scratching my head to get his food interests back😥 here is the Dish ;) love the sight that he finished most of it n dirtying his fingers, licking good🙌
Ingredients
10 Chicken wings (half them )
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
ABC ketchup manis (salty type) 4 tbsp spoon
Ginger sugar ( or cane brown sugar) 1 tbsp
Chopped shallot (about 4-5pcs)
Rice wine 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp
~Marinate the above @room temperature for at least 1 hour or more. Can also be left overnite in fridge or if u wish to marinate before you off to work in the morning.
Cook method
For me I throw in my trustworthy Philip air fryer 😊 15mins @180°C shake the basket to turn the chicken wing or manually flip pc by pc... graze some honey or maltose syrup n air-fry another 5mins
Ganish & serve

No air fryer ...oven is fine to grill too !
