Kimchi fried rice



Ingredients :
1. 1 packet of kimchi 
2. Half lettuce 
3. Half big onion
4. 4 tbsp of butter
5. 2 eggs
6. Hot pepper sauce ( from Korean brand)
7. Salted cripsy seaweeds
8. Cooked rice( prefer overnite rice)
* Do not put too much water in rice cooker as we want firmer rice


Methods:

1. Chopped onion into small pieces
2. Cut kimchi into cube pieces
3. Add the chopped onion and kimchi together; mix well
4. Add butter to hot pan
5. Put in lettuce and stir fry for a while

6. Stir in kimchi and fry with the lettuce till soft
7. Scope the rice to the pan n press firmly flat ( in this case I use mixed grain rice)
8. Crack two eggs on top of the rice



9. Add two or even three tbsp of hot pepper sauce

10. Stir well and serve hot
11. Nicer if rice slightly cripsy like claypot rice
12. Garnish seaweeds or sesame seeds for presentation
