Antioxidant blueberry muffins




Ingredients :
150g unsalted butter
100g Caster sugar
20 whole eggs
200g plain flour
8g baking powder
115ml milk (warm)
100g blueberries

Method
1. Beat butter and sugar together till light n fluffy.
2. Add eggs (one by one) till fully combined
3. Mix in sifted flour and baking powder with milk (alternate)
4. stir in blueberry (gentle)
5. Spoon mixture into moulds and put in pre-heated oven for 15-20 mins at 180 degree.
Optional : decorate the top of muffin using your creativity.
