Easy Baked Prawns & Portobello Mushrooms

Biz mothers are always looking for yummy & easy preparation dishes for our kids.Here is a recipe that keeps my kids happy n mummy need not sweat through the preparation ;) Using Oven toaster to cook these dishes so no frills!
Ps : Dear Esther大姐, this recipe is  specially for ur kids! Must learn ok?

(A) Butter Garlic spread Ingredients
- Butter /Margarine
- Garlic - amount as preference
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt (no need if using salted butter)
- a pinch of fresh chopped parsley
Mixed well & bag like a piping bag. Any leftover can be stored in fridge for next use.

(B) small bowl of chopped bacon
(C) some shredded cheese

Baked fresh tiger prawn
Cleaned and trimmed
• Sliced through the back of prawn with shell intact n remove the black roe.
• Lightly salted n arrange neatly on toaster plate.
• Squeeze the (A)Butter garlic spread on each prawn and spread some cheese on top
• Placed in oven toaster @180°C for 8-10mins (or oven to bake)
PS: cooking time also depends on the size of prawns. ..+ more time for bigger prawns

Small Portobello mushrooms
♢rinsed n removed stem, arrange neatly on toasted tray.
♢Squeezed the (A) Butter Garlic spread on the portobello mushroom.
♢topped with chopped bacon
♢sprinkle shredded cheese on top
♢bake in toaster @140-160°C for 12 - 15mins
PS: add longer baking time if using bigger mushroom
