Another easy and simple recipe of frying tasty chicken wings if you are sick of the usual fried chicken.
This is good with beer too!!
Ingredients:
- chicken mid joint wings
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 3 tbsp Kentucky fried powder or all purpose fried powder
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch powder
Methods:
- Marinate chicken wings with shrimp paste in advance for an hour
- Heat cooking oil over high heat in a non stick wok
- Mix the cornstarch powder, all purpose seasoned fried flour and plain flour together
- Coat mid joint wings with the mixture and fry in the hot oil
- Once chicken wings turned cripsy outside, lower the heat to further cook the meat inside
