Simple oyster omelette



Ingredients:
3 eggs
Some oysters 
Spring onion( chopped)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp of white pepper
1/2 tbsp of sesame oil

*personally these are the best sesame oil 



Preparation:
Wash oyster with cornstarch flour n salt by rubbing in
Rinse a few times with water 
Drain well


Methods:
1.First beat eggs well
2.Add white pepper n light soya sauce, sesame oil into beated eggs
3.Mixed well 
4.Start the frying pan with medium heat
5.Add a spoonful of oil onto the pan
6.Once the oil is hot, pour in the eggs
7.Put oysters onto the eggs immediately
8.Flip the eggs only when the bottom side is golden brown

* Do not flip again, just plate it!
9.Garnish with chopped spring onion or coriander
Tada!!! Oyster omelette!!
